DESCRIPTION:
Verde Mare B&B is located inside the Stella di Mare 2 residence which is near to the Quartu S. Elena coast. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool. The sea is only a short walk away - about 400 meters across an inner residence's street.
The Mediterranean styled house provides every comfort for its guests; a large garden where it is possible to eat out in the summer, a large covered patio for meals and relaxation.
There is outside hot-water shower for those who, returning from the beach, wish to take a shower.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, all of which are adaptable in order to meet our guests requirements. Every room is bright and comfortable, fitted with air-conditioning and private bath. One of the rooms has a gracious balcony with a pleasing view where you can relax yourself in lawn chairs. |
PRICES:
Price per person for overnight stay and breakfast placing in:
* Double bedroom from May to September 30 euros.
* Double bedroom (other months) 25 euros.
* Single bedroom from May to September 45 euros.
* Single bedroom (other months) 37 euros.
Prices for kids:
* 0-2 years old, free with placing in cradle
* 3-12 years 50% off adult rate with placing in room with parents in 3° bed |
