DESCRIPTION:
This charming house is a two-storey building, located in the town centre of a village in the middle of Cixerri River Valley. “A casa di Nonna” means “at grandma’s home”: in fact, it was the house of the grandmother of the owners. It was built in XIX century and recently beautifully restored, both outside and inside. The house is 10 metres far from the main square of Villamassargia, Piazza Pilar, the beating heart of the village.
BEDROOMS: The three bedrooms are entirely furnished in the traditional style of the area, prevalently with the family’s carefully restored antique furniture, and all have charming private bathrooms.
BREAKFAST: We offer you the typical Sardinian breakfast: coffee, milk, tee with many varieties of local bread, biological honey, home made marmalade, cakes and sweets: this is the true flavour of our island.
From Bed and Breakfast “A casa di Nonna” you can reach the most beautiful beaches of South Sardinia: it’s a marvellous experience to find rocky and sandy coasts with no buildings all around and that are still not even discovered (from Villamassargia it takes you less then 15 minutes by car or motorbike to get there). |
